Pieces of the Puzzle

So as the story goes
I chose the one
who saw through the illusion

All the fears I had before
are fictions of the past

The one to notice
when something was missing
No longer the misunderstood

The pieces of the puzzle
have fallen into place.

Day Four of Band Trip

Got to Disneyland early and the first ride we went on was Snow White and then rode the Carousel with Ben and then Mad hatter. Then the group of us went on Indiana Jones and then, Splash Mountain and then Thunder Mountain. Bought FeFe's bday gift and got more pressed pennies. Then went to the World of Disney store and got Mickey Mouse Saltwater Taffy. I love the fastpass. Went into California Adventure and got lunch and went on Tower of Terror (using fastpass). Awesome ride! We fell so fast I literally felt like I was floating. The best ride from California Adventure though would have to be California Screamin. We got a fastpass for that ride too and it was just amazing. There was speed, loops and drops. The best! haha. Ok so went to music clinic at around six which was interesting. We went backstage, was a bit unreal. Then watched the parade which was very enjoyable. Made me really happy but sad cuz the world isn't at all like that. Was nice to live in the dream for that short time though. It had all the classic Disney Characters: Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Pinocchio, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland and of course Mickey and Minnie. Had dinner after and then went to the 3D show of Honey I shrunk the audience. which was alright. Cheap thrills...haha. Space Mountain was open by the time we came out so we went on that too. It is as short as I remember but ya it was still awesome. Went on Indian Jones again and I swear it was even better the second time around. Also saw most of Fantasmic which was a show on the water. The animation was amazing! A fun day overall. I wonder why he tapped me on the shoulder like that though...weird much? We didn't get back to the hotel until 11ish and I was just so tired but had to pack everything and get performance clothes out ready for the next day before I could go to sleep. Didn't get to sleep until around midnight.

Enlightenment

Risen above those that matter

No longer concerned of the past

A whisper is heard amidst the crowd

But it is of no concern to me now.

After sharing so much

with an important other

My grief is forgotten.

There is no need for them

In this growing ancient world.

The worries have vanished.

Only one direction to go

in this new life.

Free, wise and away

from a time full of strife.

The Forgotten One

The images are empty

Their minds go blank

The past is erased.

Nobody knows

that I really exist

I'm not even a memory

anymore...

Wishing doesn't work

What I really want

cannot be had

Blinded

Too selfish to see

what's right in front of me

Too jealous to feel

what you felt for me

Too torn to smile

from the words spoken

Too lost to find

the truth beneath the lies

Too saddened to sing

a joyous melody
